Ayesha Curry’s Weight Loss Journey: Know Her Diet Plan and Workout

The boss is Ayesha Curry. She subtly expanded her empire while simultaneously expanding her family. The celebrity chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, and wife of NBA star Steph Curry is also well-known for her meal-kit and cookware businesses.

Ayesha is as good as Steph at handling all of her projects. Ayesha is dedicated to living a healthy life and making a difference in the lives of others through her work with No Kid Hungry and her husband’s NGO, Eat. Learn. Play.

The importance of food to Ayesha’s well-being (and her ability to manage her hectic schedule) is not surprising.

How Did Ayesha Curry Loss Weight?

Ayesha Curry shed pounds by meditating, exercising, eating healthily, and occasionally engaging in intermittent fasting. She admitted in an interview that she never made exercise a priority before having children, but now she sees its importance for the mental clarity it brings her. She went on to say that working out makes her happy, and that she lost 35 pounds by sticking to a healthy diet and an intense exercise regimen.

Ayesha Curry’s Diet Plan

In Curry’s kitchen, the ideal 30-minute meal is one that is both nutritious and quick to make. According to her previous statement, she and her children enjoy smoothies and sheet pan meals. She went on to say that her favorite post-workout treat is a tropical smoothie with frozen mangoes, peaches, and spinach.

On top of that, she loves asparagus and sweet potatoes. The former is very adaptable; according to Curry, sweet potatoes may be roasted, mashed, or added to saute or curry, among many other things. Green vegetables are a staple in Ayesha’s diet, and she often serves asparagus at her meals.

Breakfast

She starts her day with a cup of coffee, which she customizes daily based on whether or not she has been fasting, to give her energy. Adding a touch of coconut oil and grass-fed butter to her coffee helps her stay mentally alert while she’s on an intermittent fast, as she once admitted.

On weekends, Curry treats herself to breakfast, and her go-to dish is usually a smoked salmon scramble. According to her, scrambled eggs are her favorite breakfast food, and she loves to season them with dill, salt, and pepper.

The nutrient-dense fish known as salmon aids with weight loss, cardiovascular health, inflammation prevention, and vitamin delivery, among many other ways it keeps the body healthy.

Lunch

Curry, a mother of four, rarely has time to eat lunch since she is so preoccupied with her job and her personal life. But when she does have free time, she grabs a salad—and she has an excellent salad taste, too. Ayesha previously confessed that her favorite salad toppings are poppyseed dressing, red onions, salt, pepper, and a chocolate protein shake.

If you’re on a diet, salads are a fantastic option because they’re full of vitamins that promote weight loss. In addition to all that, protein shakes aid in satiety, and muscular growth, and providing the energy your body needs to get through the day.

Dinner

Ayesha Curry is a doting mother who relishes family dinners gathered around the table; she said that her family often eats at 7 p.m.

Dinners of oxtail rice, peas, and fried plantain are some of her favorites to make. As a comfort dish, it brings back memories of her Jamaican background.

As part of her weight loss journey, Ayesha chose healthier food and drink choices and made it a habit to drink enough of water throughout the day (her preferred beverage is hot water, however she does not particularly enjoy cold water).

Even though Ayesha eats a balanced and healthy diet, she does allow herself to indulge every once in a while. Occasionally, she delights in ketchup chips, pastries, mezcal margaritas with maple syrup, and drinks. In addition to keeping a food diary, she exercises portion management to help her reach her fitness objectives.

Ayesha Curry’s Workout Routine

Ayesha advises that people should relax and not allow their mental health to be negatively affected by their weight. She had previously said that she began to lose weight when she stopped giving weight loss much of her mind. She stresses that making positive changes to one’s lifestyle isn’t a picnic and suggests that people go slowly, start with little adjustments, and stay the course.

Ayesha Curry: Who Is She?

In 2016, she published the cookbook The Seasoned Life, which brought her fame as an author. In Ayesha’s Homemade, she not only follows her personal life but also shows how to make homemade foods.

As of 2017, she also served as the face of the cosmetics brand CoverGirl, making history as the first celebrity who is neither an actor nor a musician to hold this position.
