The 1977 film “Saturday Night Fever” was Pescow and John Travolta’s first feature film collaboration. The picture was placed in the National Film Registry of the Library of Congress in 2010 for its “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant” qualities, and it received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy. The box office receipts for the film were $237.1 million. Donna also appeared on “One Life to Live,” an ABC daytime drama, in 1977 as Celena Arquette. She went on to star as Angie Falco Benson on the ABC sitcom “Angie” from 1979 to 1980, and she went on to appear in the following TV movies: “Human Feelings” (1978), “Rainbow” (1978), “Advice to the Lovelorn” (1981), and “The Day the Bubble Burst” (1982).
