Career
While attending Manila’s De La Salle University, Fifi Sharma kept up her volleyball profession. One of the most dominant and prosperous women’s volleyball teams in the UAAP, the De La Salle Lady Spikers, welcomed her. From Season 83 through Season 85, she was a part of the Lady Spikers. Fifi Sharma made an immediate impression as a rookie in Season 83, guiding the Lady Spikers to a championship game against its rivals, the Ateneo Lady Eagles. Even though they lost the championship in four games, Fifi Sharma solidified her position as a formidable opponent in the league. In a typical game, she would score 8.3 points and block 0.46 shots.
In Season 84, Fifi Sharma honed her skills to a point where she became a formidable asset to the Lady Spikers. In their rematch with the Ateneo Lady Eagles, she was an integral part of the team’s victory. After suffering a defeat, they exacted revenge by reclaiming the title in just three games.
