In an office, there are a variety of coworkers, especially if the company is large. Many men and women deal with bullying or cruel coworkers, and it can get out of hand. Don’t take things personally
Let your employees be if they’re being rude. Their personality, not yours, is reflected in it. Stop spreading rumours about other people; otherwise, you’ll get the short end of the stick. How can you expect others to be silent if you are speaking behind someone else’s back yourself? Although it can be tempting to vent to coworkers, doing so makes you come across as a cruel person. It’s advisable to speak with a close buddy outside of work if you want to fully discuss your issues.

Conflict resolution is best in some circumstances. So gather your confidence and denounce the rude behaviour. Don’t let it slip because doing so only encourages the other person. Take the person to another cabin and ask what the problem is and why you are being treated that way without being harsh or violent.
