The Padmini Vishuddha Ekadashi is a significant Ekadashi tithi that occurs every three years on the eleventh day of the Shukla Paksha, or waxing Moon, in the Adhik Maas or Malamaas. Rituals of Padmini Ekadashi
- To observe Purushottam Ekadashi, rise early in the morning and bathe prior to sunrise. Singing your favourite hymns can purify the body and spirit.
